• Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
• •Holistic support and development of children in the creative, cognitive, emotional, and motor areas
• •Preparation and implementation of age-appropriate educational activities and projects based on the dreieins creativity-focused educational approach and the Berlin Education Program
• •Preparation, follow-up, and conducting of parent-teacher meetings
• •Supporting children during the settling-in period, observing their development, maintaining language development journals, and preparing developmental reports using the PC-based GABIP program
• •Participation in team meetings, the annual dreieins professional development days, and supervision sessions

• Was bringen Sie mit:
• •You have completed training as a state-certified early childhood educator or have successfully completed a degree in education, social work, or a related field, or hold an equivalent qualification or formal recognition of equivalency as a career changer
• •You have some initial professional experience in a daycare setting
• •You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy taking on new challenges
• •You are confident in handling challenging situations and remain resilient under stress
• •You identify with the principles of creativity-focused education
• •You are committed to continuous professional development and further training
• •You have good written and spoken English skills and are confident communicating in English
