Job Summary:

Drives the design chain value proposition by generating the greatest number of design wins in technologies and registrations for customers engaged in product design resulting in growing business. Interface with the engineering departments of customers and suppliers. Performs a variety of product, technical and engineering functions including but not limited to: pre/post-sales support, research, design and development.

Principal Responsibilities:

• •Develop and grow technical relationships with customers, identifying new business and design opportunities.
• •Understand customer needs, products, technologies, and market trends.
• •Support customers with technical advice and solution recommendations.
• •Work closely with engineering, production, suppliers, and sales teams to solve design challenges.
• •Promote supplier products and drive design wins, sales growth, and customer adoption.
• •Deliver product and application training to customers and internal sales teams.
• •Track key projects and opportunities from concept through production.
• •Create technical presentations and become a trusted advisor to customers.
• •Manage projects and product implementations from start to finish.
• •Stay up to date with industry trends, product lifecycles, and technical certifications.
• •Perform other duties as required.

Work Experience:

Minimum experience required is typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation Details for this position:

• •The starting compensation for this role is at minimum an On-Target Earnings amount (Base Pay + On-Target Variable Pay) of € 62.000
• •Variable Compensation: This position is eligible for a variable compensation plan, and the pay-mix (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer stage.
• •Total Rewards: In addition to the cash compensation, we also offer a number of benefits depending on location and role. (e.g. flexible working, accident & life Insurance, meal vouchers)

The exact compensation package for the successful candidate picked for the position will be based on a number of objective factors, such as experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications or location.
