Ecommerce Operations Support

Are you a problem solver who enjoys helping customers, researching products, and keeping operations running smoothly? Meyer Distributing is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Support professional to support our growing online business across customer service, product support, returns, logistics, and owned brands.

Schedule and Pay:

  • Top hourly pay based on experience
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, warranties, and product questions
  • Research product specifications, compatibility, installation requirements, and replacement parts
  • Troubleshoot product issues and help find solutions
  • Coordinate returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
  • Work with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Track support tickets and maintain accurate records
  • Help improve the customer experience by identifying recurring issues and opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and research abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ecommerce, logistics, returns, or product support is a plus
