MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for MediCard’s online retail channels — the MediCard website and the digital marketplaces Shopee, Lazada, and Maria Health. The role is also accountable for growing online sales of Sachet and retail HMO products. The role will oversee end to end: availability, promotions, campaigns, traffic, and conversion, and order fulfilment

• Marketplace Channel Management (Shopee, Lazada, Maria Health)
• Oversee the day-to-day operation on Shopee, Lazada and Maria Health — product catalog, listings, pricing, vouchers, availability and order fulfillment
• Maintain store health on each seller center: ratings, response rate, policy compliance, and seller performance metrics.
• Optimize listings for discoverability and conversion — titles, images, descriptions, keywords, and ratings/review management.
• Plan and execute platform campaigns and mega-sale events (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, payday and brand-day sales), flash deals, and product bundles.
• Website/ E-Commerce & Conversion
• Own the MediCard website as a direct online sales channel — product pages, the buy/registration journey, and the checkout experience.
• Drive conversion-rate optimization across the funnel
• Partner with IT and Marketing on UX, page performance, and the path from landing to paid order.
• Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
• Track and report channel performance — Sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc
• Use platform analytics (seller-center business-advisor dashboards) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to turn data into pricing, listing, and campaign decisions.
