  • 【核心職責】
  • 主導硬體架構設計與技術決策（主板 / 系統層級）
  • 研發電路設計、元件選型與 PCB Layout Review
  • 確保 SI/PV、EMI/EMC 設計品質與產品可靠度
  • 負責樣機驗證、除錯、失效分析與設計優化
  • 管控專案進度、品質與風險，推動 NPI 量產導入
  • 與國際客戶直接溝通，將需求轉化為設計方案
  • 跨部門整合（FW / SW / ME / 製造），確保專案落地
  • 【資格條件】
  • 8 年以上硬體研發經驗（PC / NB /Embedded / IoT），具團隊帶領或 Tech Lead 經驗
  • 具主板或系統級設計經驗（X86 / Embedded 平台尤佳）
  • 熟悉電路設計、PCB Layout、SI/PV、EMI/EMC
  • 具備高速訊號（PCIe / AI Card / Server）或嵌入式系統經驗尤佳
  • 具備從設計到量產（NPI）完整開發經驗
  • 熟悉 OrCAD / Allegro
  • 英文可進行基本技術溝通
