Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay: $105,000(minimum) - $137,000(midpoint) - $168,000(maximum)
All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- EHS Policy Development: Create and implement environment, health, and safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the EHS team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to achieve departmental objectives.
- Risk Management: Conduct and oversee EHS risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate safety and environmental risks.
- Compliance Monitoring: Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to EHS regulations, internal policies, and industry’s best practices.
- Training Coordination: Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness, compliance, and safety practices.
Key Skills:
- Regulatory Compliance: Proficient in ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and safety laws and standards.
- Risk Assessment: Skilled in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential EHS hazards within the organization.
- Team Leadership: Capable of leading and managing EHS teams to achieve operational objectives effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Experienced in developing and implementing short term and long term EHS strategies aligned with business goals.
- Performance Management: Adept at conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and managing team performance to meet EHS targets.
- Incident Investigation: Competent in conducting thorough investigations of EHS incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Training Development: Expertise in designing and delivering EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance.
- Operational Planning: Skilled in adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing EHS data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and inform decision-making.
- Effective Communication: Excellent ability to convey EHS policies, procedures, and initiatives clearly to all organizational levels.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
