  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Begleitung von Beteiligungsformaten für Kinder im Alter von 6 bis 13 Jahren an Grundschulen und Horten in Cottbus
  • Planung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Kleingruppenangebote mit spielerischen, visuellen und handlungsorientierten Beteiligungsmethoden
  • Unterstützung der Kinder dabei, eigene Interessen, Barrieren und Veränderungswünsche zu benennen, zu priorisieren und weiterzuverfolgen
  • Barrierearme Gestaltung der Gruppenarbeit, unter anderem mit Bildkarten, Piktogrammen, einfacher Sprache, unterstützter Kommunikation sowie Rückzugs- und Pausenmöglichkeiten
  • Ermittlung individueller Unterstützungsbedarfe und Mitwirkung an der Planung von Assistenz, Kommunikationsunterstützung und weiteren notwendigen Vorkehrungen
  • Beziehungsarbeit sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und anderen Bezugspersonen, insbesondere bei Kindern mit erhöhtem Begleitungsbedarf
  • Enge Kooperation mit Grundschulen, Horten, Schulsozialarbeit und weiteren Partner:innen im Sozialraum
  • Sensible und verlässliche Umsetzung von Kinderschutz sowie entwicklungsangemessenen Rahmenbedingungen in allen Beteiligungsformaten
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung der Arbeit sowie Mitarbeit an Peer-Formaten, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und dem fachlichen Transfer der Projekterfahrungen
