Deine Aufgaben
- Freundliche und professionelle Betreuung unserer Patient\*innen
- Durchführung medizinischer Assistenzaufgaben wie Blutentnahmen, Injektionen, Laborarbeiten
- Organisation der Sprechstundenabläufe
- Terminmanagement, Dokumentation und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Ansprechpartnerin für Patientinnen und mitwirkende Stellen
- Mitwirkung an Qualitätsmanagement und Praxisorganisation
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit Praxissoftware (Einarbeitung möglich)
- Bereitschaft, sich weiterzuentwickeln
