Eine Verstärkung im Bereich Mietrecht (m/w/d)

(Geringfügig oder Teilzeit)

Ihre Aufgaben

Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Mitglieder bei mietrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Bearbeitung von Anliegen rund um Mietverhältnisse, Mietverträge, Mieterhöhungen und Kündigungen
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Schriftverkehr
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung mietrechtlicher Vorgänge
Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte, Immobilienkauffrau, Immobilienkaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Kenntnisse im Mietrecht und in der Immobilienwirtschaft
Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
