Senior Einkäufer (m/w/d)

  • Senior (5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Food/Pharma/Supplements)

Kernaufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Aufbau und Verwaltung des Lieferantennetzwerks (Rohstoffe & Zutaten für Supplements/Meal Replacements)
  • Strategische Beschaffungsplanung und Kostenoptimierung
  • Verhandlung von Lieferverträgen und Rahmenvereinbarungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle bei Rohstoffen und Compliance
  • Supplier Performance Management und Entwicklung
  • Lagerwirtschaft und Supply Chain Optimierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Produktion und QS
  • Budget- und Risikomanagement in der Beschaffung

Erforderliche Fachkompetenzen

  • Expertise in Rohstoffbeschaffung (Protein-Quellen, Vitamine, Zusatzstoffe)
  • Lieferantenmanagement & Supplier Development
  • Verhandlungserfahrung und strategischer Einkauf
  • Kostenkalkulation
  • Kenntnisse in Food/Pharma Regulierung (KHAG, GMP, Bio-Standards)
  • ERP-Systeme
  • Qualitätsmanagementsysteme
  • Fließend Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil

KPI & Erfolgskriterien (Jahr 1)

  • ✓ Mindestens 3-5 qualified Suppliers pro Rohstoffkategorie etabliert
  • ✓ Kostenreduktion: mindestens 10-15% gegenüber aktuellen Marktpreisen
  • ✓ 100% Lieferantencompliance mit Quality Standards
  • ✓ Lead Time Optimierung: Durchschnittliche Lieferzeit unter 30 Tage
  • ✓ Supplier Scorecard System implementiert

Nice-to-Have Qualifikationen

  • ○ Erfahrung Supplement-Herstellern
  • ○ Kenntnisse in Rohstoff-Analytik oder Spezifikation
