Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie für den strategischen und operativen Einkauf von Dienstleistungen zuständig, die unsere industriellen Prozesse unterstützen. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Beschaffung und Vertragsmanagement : Verantwortlich für den Einkauf von industriellen Dienstleistungen, wie z. B. Instandhaltungs-, Montage-, Reparaturdienstleistungen sowie Wartungs-Management-Services.
  • Lieferantenmanagement : Identifikation, Bewertung und Auswahl geeigneter Dienstleistungsanbieter und langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen; Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Audits.
  • Vertragsverhandlungen : Führen von Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit bestehenden und potenziellen Dienstleistern, um Kosteneffizienz und Qualität sicherzustellen.
  • Bedarfsanalyse und Beschaffungsstrategie : Erstellen und Umsetzen von Beschaffungsstrategien auf Basis von Bedarfsanalysen und Markttrends; Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Beschaffungsprozesse.
  • Marktbeobachtung : Analyse von Markttrends und Innovationen im Bereich industrieller Dienstleistungen, um Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erzielen und neue Möglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
  • Kosten- und Qualitätsoptimierung : Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards; Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduktion.
  • Risikomanagement : Bewertung von Beschaffungsrisiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Minimierung von Versorgungsrisiken.
