  • Bewertung und Auswahl von potenziellen Lieferanten anhand von Kriterien wie Preis, Qualität, Lieferfähigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, die technischen Anforderungen der Produkte zu verstehen
  • Führung komplexer Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten, um optimale Einkaufsbedingungen zu erzielen
  • Erstellung und Verhandlung von Einkaufsverträgen, um die Interessen des Unternehmens zu sichern
  • Entwicklung von Einkaufsstrategien für verschiedene Produktgruppen und Dienstleistungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Lieferanten
  • Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Lieferterminen
  • Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und -audits
  • Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten zur Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf internationaler Beschaffung, idealerweise im Bereich Guss
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
