  • Deine Aufgaben
  • º Administrative Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams im Tagesgeschäft

º Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen sowie Überwachung von Lieferterminen

º Abstimmung mit internationalen Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen

º Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Reklamationen

º Pflege von Artikel- und Lieferantendaten im firmeneigenen ERP-System

  • Das bringst du mit
  • º Berufserfahrung im Einkauf ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Auch Berufseinsteiger_innen, Absolvent_innen und Quereinsteiger_innen mit Organisationstalent sind willkommen.

º Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

º Solide MS-Office-Grundkenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Outlook

º Lernbereitschaft, eine genaue Arbeitsweise und Verlässlichkeit

º Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

º Eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für Österreich ist zwingend erforderlich

  • Dein Gehalt
  • Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt EUR 1.960,54 brutto pro Monat bei 38,5 Wochenstunden. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung selbstverständlich.
