  • DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Du übernimmst die Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams in sämtlichen Warengruppen und Bereichen des operativen Einkaufs
  • Du gestaltest die Disposition und Materialplanung für laufende und zukünftige Fertigungsaufträge aktiv mit
  • Du holst Angebote ein, führst Preisvergleiche durch und stimmst technische sowie kaufmännische Themen mit unseren Lieferanten ab
  • Du überwachst Liefertermine und stellst die Materialverfügbarkeit sicher
  • Du bearbeitest interne Anfragen und stimmst Liefer- und Fertigungstermine mit den jeweiligen Bereichen ab
  • Du pflegst Stammdaten, Preise und Lieferanteninformationen in unserem ERP-System
  • Du entlastest das Team aktiv durch flexible Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
  • DEIN PROFIL:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel Lehre, HTL, HAK, FH oder Uni
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Disposition oder in der Produktionsplanung
  • Du bringst im besten Fall Branchenkenntnisse im Metallbereich mit
  • Du hast eine hohe Flexibilität und arbeitest dich rasch in unterschiedliche Aufgabenbereiche ein
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du hast Organisationstalent und bist ein echter Teamplayer
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Du hast gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und überzeugst durch Verlässlichkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine engagierte Persönlichkeit
