#### Was für uns zählt

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf wünschenswert
  • Grundlegende Rechtskenntnisse (VOB, BGB, HGB) von Vorteil
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse der Baupreisermittlung bzw. Kalkulation
  • Anwenderkenntnisse von Baubetriebssoftware (z.B. Rib iTWO)
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikative Kompetenz und hohe Teamfähigkeit

#### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung aller anfallenden Aufgaben im Einkaufsprozess:

  • Erstellen von Lieferanten- und Nachunternehmerverträgen
  • Einkauf von Baustoffen und Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Vorbereitung von Einkaufsverhandlungen
  • Erstellen von Marktanalysen und Preisspiegeln
  • Mitwirkung in der Angebotserarbeitung
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung beim Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen
  • Weiterentwicklung, Pflege und Bewertung von Daten zu Lieferanten, Nachunternehmern und Preislisten
  • Berichterstattung und Reporting innerhalb des Einkaufnetzwerkes
  • Einkaufscontrolling
  • Kontaktpflege zu Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
