Wir suchen Sie als kaufmännische(n) Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für die vielfältigen Auftragsbearbeitungen und Bestellungen im Einkauf.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einkauf von vorwiegend Stahlmaterial und Schrauben nach Stücklisten
  • einschließlich Bündeln von Bestellungen und zugehörige Chargenzuordnung mit der Verwaltung der Restbestände entsprechend unserer Herstellerqualifikation nach DIN EN 1090, EXC3
  • Erfassung und Verwaltung des Lagerbestandes und Kontrolle des Mindestbestandes
  • Kontrolle der Lieferscheine und der Rechnungen unserer Zulieferbetriebe
  • Kontrolle und Zuordnung der Materialzeugnisse
  • Allgemeine Dokumentations- und Verwaltungsarbeiten
  • Telefondienst
  • Durchführen von Transporten und deren Bündelung nach Lieferorten

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sie haben bereits erste Berufserfahrungen gesammelt (wünschenswert)
  • Sie zeichnet ein gutes, integres Auftreten mit entsprechender Kommunikation aus
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert und haben eine kostenbewusste Handlungsweise
  • Sie sind ein aktiver Teamplayer und verfügen über eine überzeugende Kommunikation
  • Sie bringen kundenorientierte Umgangsformen und Ausdrucksweisen in Wort und Schrift mit (Deutsch, Sprachniveau von C1 wird vorausgesetzt)
