Die Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung der Einkaufsprozesse von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zur Lieferverfolgung
  • Beschaffung elektronischer Bauteile, Komponenten und Baugruppen sowie Mechaniken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung bei Bauteilrecherche, Alternativ- und Second-Source-Management bei Abkündigungen und Lieferengpässen
  • Einholung, Bewertung und Verhandlung von Angeboten bis zur Entscheidungsreife
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Stücklisten (BOM-Management) in enger Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung
  • Suche, Entwicklung und Bewertung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
  • Koordination der Importabwicklung sowie Verwaltung von Langzeit-Lieferantenerklärungen

Die Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Elektronik- und mechanischen Komponenten
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrungen im Umgang mit typischen Herausforderungen des Halbleitermarktes mit (z. B. Abkündigungen, lange Lieferzeiten, Kontingentierungen)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in einem ERP-bzw. Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
