## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen sowie termin- und bedarfsgerechten Beschaffung von Liefer- und Nachunternehmerleistungen im Schlüsselfertigbau, Holzhybridbau sowie Bauen im Bestand.​
  • Vorbereitung und Führung von Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern.​
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Lieferanten- und Nachunternehmerpartnerschaften.​
  • Aktive Recherche und Gewinnung neuer Nachunternehmer zur Erweiterung des bestehenden Netzwerks.​
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung und den internen Fachabteilungen zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung.

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ihre kaufmännische / bautechnische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium erfolgreich angeschlossen.​
  • Ihre fundierte Erfahrung konnten Sie im Einkauf, idealerweise in der Baubranche, sammeln.​
  • Sie verfügen über gutes technisches Verständnis.​
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten zeichnet Sie aus.​
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, denken und handeln stets wirtschaftlich, effizient und zielbewusst.​
  • Sie schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team und bringen sich aktiv im Einkaufsbereich ein.
