Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Einkäufer (m/w/d) für Schnittblumen .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Warenbeschaffung für den Bereich Schnittblumen
  • Auswahl, Bewertung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Lieferantenportfolios
  • Spezifizierung und Optimierung der Qualitätsstandards innerhalb der Produktgruppen
  • Einholung von Angeboten sowie Überprüfung der Produkt- und Lieferqualitäten
  • Markt- und Trendbeobachtung im Hinblick auf neue Sortimente und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Aktive Pflege und Ausbau von Lieferantenkontakten – inklusive regelmäßiger Besuche vor Ort

### Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von verderblicher Ware, idealerweise im Großhandel
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Sortiment, Markt und Wettbewerb in der grünen Branche
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Prozessorientiertes, vernetztes und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Niederländischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
