Aufgabenbereich:

  • Identifizierung und Bewertung von geeigneten Lieferanten und Angeboten
  • Externer und intra-company Einkauf von hochwertigen und kostengünstigen Produkten und Materialien
  • Überprüfung der gelieferten Waren und Leistungen zur Qualitätssicherung sowie Überwachung der Lagerbestände
  • Einholung von Angeboten und Verhandlung von Verträgen und Preisen
  • Pflege der Material- und Stammdaten in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem (SAP)
  • Unterstützung unserer Entwicklungsabteilung beim Einkauf von Prototypenteilen

Anforderungen:

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Büromanagement (w/m/d), Technischen Betriebswirt, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbar.
  • Du hast tiefgehendes Wissen über Beschaffungsprozesse und Supply Chain Management
  • Du hast gute SAP-Kenntnisse in den Modulen MM und PP.
  • Du kannst einfache technische Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Datenblätter lesen und grundlegend verstehen
  • Du besitzt Sozialkompetenz, hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
