Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Steuerung der Materialbeschaffung
  • Lagerbestandsüberwachung & Sicherstellung einer optimalen Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Alternativmaterialien identifizieren, passende Beschaffungswege finden
  • Nachverfolgung der Einhaltung von Lieferfristen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Qualitätssicherung und Fertigungssteuerung zur Abstimmung der Bedarfe
  • Ansprechpartner*in für eigenen Lieferantenpool

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Logistik oder Materialwirtschaft
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder der Disposition, vorzugsweise in der Kabelkonfektion oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
