  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Beschaffungsvorgängen
  • Lieferterminverfolgung, Auftragsbestätigung, Mahnung (Order Tracking)
  • Erstellen von Anfragen, Angebotspflege und Bestellungen für Ersatzteile, Werkzeuge
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten sowie mit internen Fachbereichen wie u.a. Vertrieb, Technik, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Qualität
  • Identifizierung von Kostensenkungspotentialen und deren Umsetzung
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder der kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie Microsoft Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse im operativen Einkauf oder Ersatzteilmanagement
