Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufseinsteiger oder bereits mit erster Berufserfahrung Hohe Kundenorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kommunikations stärke und Organisationstalent Team fähigkeit

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

Selbstständige Bearbeitungvon Aufträgen:

  • Von der Auftragsanlage über den Einkauf bis hin zur termingerechten Auslieferung und Faktura
  • Vertragsanlage und Vertragsabrechnung
  • Einkauf und Terminüberwachung
  • Erstel lung und Bear bei tung von regel mä ßi gen Wartungsabrechnungen
  • Pla nung und Koor di na ti on von Ser vice ein sät zen und Ersatzteilbestellungen
  • Tele fo ni sche Kundenbetreuung
