  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung von Kundenaufträgen und Angebotsbearbeitung inklusive Beratung zu alternativen Bauteilen und Beschaffungswegen
  • Sicherstellung einer termin- und mengengerechten Belieferung
  • Identifikation und Qualifizierung potenzieller Lieferanten
  • Eigenständige Verhandlung von Liefer- und Zahlungskonditionen und Rahmenverträgen
  • Überwachung komponentenbezogener Beschaffungsrisiken, Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen und Optimierung der Lieferantenperformance mit dem Qualitätsmanagement
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und Produktion zur Sicherstellung bedarfsgerechter, verlässlicher Dispositionsgrundlagen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise in der Baubranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, verbindliche und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
