  • beschäftigt sich seit 1988 erfolgreich mit der Herstellung von komplexen Bauteilen.
  • Auf 3000m² Produktions- & Lagerfläche entstehen jährlich eine Vielzahl von Präzisionsteilen
  • mittels CNC-Fräsen / CNC-Drehen und dem Kunststoffspritzgießen mit
  • teilweise komplexen geometrischen Konturen und Anforderungen.
  • Zum nächstmöglichen Termin suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n
  • Einrichter bzw. Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) Kunststoff/Kautschuktechnik

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Spritzguss-Maschinen Rüsten und Werkzeuge einfahren
  • Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Werkzeugen und Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Optimierung, Stabilisierung und Absicherung der Spritzgussprozesse
  • Abmusterungen von neuen Teilen
  • Einrichten der Handlings Systeme
  • Einweisung der Maschinenbediener

Anforderungen:

abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Fachrichtung Kunststoff- und Kautschukverarbeitung oder Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung

Erfahrungen als Einrichter im Spritzgussbereich
