Deine Aufgaben – Technik und Präzision im Fokus:

  • Sicheres Rüsten & Anfahren: Du rüstest die Extrusionslinien fachgerecht und stellst nach Stillständen oder Wechseln einen reibungslosen Neustart der Anlagen sicher.
  • Professionelle Maschineneinrichtung: Bei Produkt- und Werkzeugwechseln übernimmst du die exakte Einstellung der Maschinen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du fährst neue Profile ein und stimmst die Werkzeuge präzise auf den laufenden Fertigungsprozess ab.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du überwachst den gesamten Produktionsprozess und dokumentierst deine Qualitätskontrollen während der Fertigung lückenlos.
  • Anlagenbetreuung: Kleinere Wartungs- sowie Reinigungsarbeiten führst du routiniert direkt im laufenden Betrieb durch.

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit:

  • Qualifikation: Du verfügst über technische oder handwerkliche Grundkenntnisse. Eine entsprechende Ausbildung ist ein Plus, aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Maschinen und Anlagen. Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Extrusion oder beim Umrüsten mit.
  • Motivation: Du bist lernbereit und hast große Lust, dich intensiv in ein neues Aufgabenfeld einzuarbeiten.
  • Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein prägen deinen Arbeitsalltag. Zudem hast du Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft: Du stehst für eine 39-Stunden-Woche in der Tagschicht komplett vor Ort an einem für dich gut erreichbaren Standort zur Verfügung und bist offen für gelegentliche Einsätze am Wochenende.
