Als Mitglied der international agierenden Jopp--Gruppe mit 12 Produktionsstätten in 8 Ländern sind wir zuverlässiger Partner namhafter Marken der Automobilindustrie mit Sitz vor den Toren Kölns - in Mechernich-Obergartzem.

Als Entwicklungspartner und Serienlieferant mit eigener Spritzgussfertigung steht die Jopp Plastics Technology GmbH für innovative Kunststofflösungen im Verbrenner und der E-Mobilität. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf medienführenden Bauteilen und Thermomanagementlösungen, die in allen Antriebstechnologien zur Anwendung kommen.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil

  • Ausbildung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen bzw. zum Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Spritzguss, idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessparametern, Werkzeugtechnik und Materialien
  • Erfahrung im Rüsten und Optimieren von Spritzgießprozessen
  • Kenntnisse der IATF 16949 und Core Tools (FMEA, SPC etc.) von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungsfähigkeit

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Anfahren von Spritzgießmaschinen (Arburg, Demag)
  • Sicherstellung stabiler Produktionsprozesse in der Serienfertigung
  • Optimierung von Prozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Zykluszeit und Ausschuss
  • Fehleranalyse und nachhaltige Störungsbeseitigung
