Stanzautomateneinrichter (M/W/D)

Die Manfred Albrecht GmbH ist ein Unternehmen mit 50-jähriger Tradition.

Das Unternehmen ist Mitglied der Kauth Gruppe, welche 600 Mitarbeiter an 6 Standorten hat und seit 90 Jahren ein unabhängiges Familienunternehmen ist.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Einrichten und Produktion von/an Stanzautomaten (Haulick Roos Pressen und Komatsu Pressen der Größen 150t – 400t) mit Siemens S5 und S7 Steuerung
  • Überwachung der Qualität der produzierten Teile entsprechend des Prüfplans
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an den Pressen

Anforderungen zur Qualifikation

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Stanz- und Umformmechaniker, Schlosser oder Teilezurichter
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse im Rüsten und Bedienen von Exzenterpressen
  • Schichtbereitschaft (Zweischichtbetrieb)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messwerkzeugen
  • Kenntnisse in CAQ Babtec und Hydra MPDV von Vorteil
  • Schweißkenntnisse MIG, MAG, WIG (wünschenswert nicht zwingend erforderlich)
  • Stapler- GFG/VWS und Kranführerschein (wünschenswert, Ausbildung kann auch in unserem Unternehmen nachgeholt werden)
