Ihre Aufgaben als Einrichter \* im Bereich automatisierte Montage

  • Sie sind für das Einrichten und Bedienen von komplexen, hochautomatisierten Fertigungslinien verantwortlich sowie für die laufende Kontrolle der produzierten Teile, Auf- und Abbauprüfungen und die Qualitätsprüfungen mittels Selbst- und Endprüfungen
  • Die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufes durch externes und internes Rüsten gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
  • Sie analysieren und beseitigen Störungen an verschiedensten Modulen und Montagetechnologien
  • Zudem sind Sie für die Durchführung von Reparaturen, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten auf Einrichter-Level (PM1) zuständig

Ihr Profil als Einrichter \* im Bereich automatisierte Montage

  • 3jährige abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Werkzeug- oder Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker bzw. vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Automatisierungstechnik, Mechanik, Pneumatik, Sensorik und ggf. Robotik sind wünschenswert
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse SAP, MES, Office
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtsystem (3 Schichten)
