Als Teil der Fluid Connector Group Europe und mit unserer Leidenschaft für Innovation meistern wir innerhalb der Polymer Hose Division Europe die größten technischen Herausforderungen und sichern künftiges Wachstum. 450 Mitarbeiter sind an den Standorten in Lampertheim, Mücke und Erfurt spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vermarktung von Schläuchen, Armaturen, Schlauchleitungen und Zubehör .

Was Sie in der Position erwartet:

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von Armaturen-Montageautomaten
  • Wechseln von Austauschteilen und Werkzeugen
  • Überprüfen und Anpassen von Maschinenparametern
  • Kontrolle der Werkzeugbestände auf Verschleiß
  • Selbständiges Beheben von Störungen; Reparaturen
  • Prüfen von Fertigteilen nach Zeichnungsvorgabe und Dokumentation
  • Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
  • Durchführen von einfachen Wartungs- und Reinigungstätigkeiten
  • Erkennen von Prozess- und maschinenbezogenem Verbesserungspotential
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Maschinen / Produkte
  • Ggf. später Übernahme von Personalverantwortung

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in metallverarbeitendem Beruf
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Einrichten und Einstellen von Maschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und Messmaschinen
  • PC-Kenntnisse (z.Bsp. MS Office)
  • Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Schichtbereitschaft für 3-Schicht-Betrieb (kein Wochenende)
