Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten und Umrüsten der Maschinen bei Produktionsbeginn bzw. bei Produktwechseln anhand von vorgegebenen Parametern im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Unterstützen der laufenden Produktion bei fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführen von einfachen Qualitätskontrollen und Beheben von kleineren Maschinenstörungen
  • Einweisen und Schulen der Maschinenbediener/innen
  • Mitwirken bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Industriemechaniker (w/m/d), Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder Kfz-Mechatroniker (w/m/d)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung als Einrichter oder Vorarbeiter in der industriellen Produktion
  • Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
