Einrichter/in für Stanzmaschinen (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • · Selbstständiges Einrichten von Serienteilen und von Neuteilen (Maschine, Werkzeug, Vorschubgerät, Überwachungsgeräte und Peripheriegeräte)
  • · Erststückprüfung nach Maschinen- und Werkzeugwechsel
  • · Austausch von Werkzeug-Verschleißteilen
  • · Mitwirkung an der Sicherstellung der Maschineneinsetzbarkeit (Anzeigen notwendiger Reparaturen)
  • · Durchführung der täglichen Maschinenwartung und -kontrolle
  • · Einhaltung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Funktionsbereich
  • · Optimierung der Einrichtungen hinsichtlich Produktivität
  • · Optimierung der Einrichtungen hinsichtlich Werkzeugstandzeit

Anforderung:

  • · Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • · Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Stanzmaschinen
  • · Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • · Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern
  • · Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • · Sorgfältige, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • · Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Integrationsfähigkeiten
  • · Flexibilität, Engagement und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Arbeitszeit:

Vollzeit, 40 Stunden
