Aufgabenbereich:

  • Umrüsten der Laseranlagen
  • Prozessfreigabe bei Produktionsstart und Abnahme der Laseranlage bei Verhinderung der QS
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Lasermaschinen inklusive Dokumentation
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Maschinendatenblätter
  • Optimierung der Produktionsanlagen, dazu gehört u.a. ( Zykluszeit beachten, Korrekte Einstellung der Laserqualität auch während des Produktionsprozesses, Kontrollieren der Laserqualität während der Produktion)
  • Auswahl von technischen Betriebsmitteln in Absprache mit Leitungspersonal
  • Reinigung der Werkzeuge analog Formblatt Nachweis Linienreinigung
  • Meldung der defekten Werkzeuge an den Werkzeugbau (inkl. Formblatt FB-91) nach jeder Umrüstung
  • Kommunikation bei Schichtübergabe
  • Produktionsunterlagen sorgfältig prüfen und umsetzen
  • Gute Zusammenarbeit mit Maschinenpersonal und der QS
  • Erstellen von Mustern
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz, Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Hygiene am Arbeitsplatz
