Egal ob kleine Funktionsteile für die Medizintechnik oder Designteile für die Automobilindustrie. Auf über 160 Spritzgussmaschinen an drei Standorten in Bissingen an der Teck (Deutschland), Oradea (Rumänien) und Liberec (Tschechien) produzieren rund 650 Mitarbeiter mit ihrem Know-how und ihrem außerordentlichen Engagement anspruchsvolle Kunststoffbauteile für unsere Kunden.

Wir suchen Mitarbeiter, die die weitere Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens aktiv mitgestalten:

Einrichter (m/w/d)

Kunststoffspritzgussmaschinen

Ihre Aufgaben:

Einrichten von Kunststoffspritzgussmaschinen und Anlagen

Überprüfen der Parameter

Anfahren und Überwachen von Kunststoffspritzgussmaschinen

Vorbereiten der Anlauffreigabe

Störungsbeseitigung

Überwachung der Produktion und Einhaltung der Produktivitäts- und Qualitätsziele

Bemusterung und Optimierung von Spritzgusswerkzeugen

Ihr Profil:

Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Werkzeugmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung im Kunststoffspritzguss

sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schicht-Betrieb

selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität

Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit

Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
