Die Firma W&G Kunststoffspritztechnik GmbH, mit Sitz in Gerstungen an der A4 gelegen, ist ein stark wachsendes Familienunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt in der Verschlusstechnik. Wir produzieren heute jährlich ca. 130.000.000 Kunststoffspritzteile für den Bereich Ventilschutz und Sprühkappen, wie auch Lackstifte für verschiedene Endprodukte. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf ein gutes familiäres Betriebsklima, Ehrlichkeit und Sauberkeit. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Produktion suchen wir eine/n selbstständige/n Einrichter(in)/Schichtführer(in).

# Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von Arburg Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Einrichten von Peripheriegeräten
  • Überwachung der Spritzgussproduktion und Behebung von Störungen an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Einweisung der Mitarbeiter / Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der geforderten Produktqualität
  • Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten
  • Mitwirkung an neuen Projekten

## Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik bzw. Kunststoffformgeber oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Alternativ mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kunststoffspritzgussbetrieb in vergleichbaren Positionen
  • Gute Kunststoff-/Maschinen- und Werkzeugkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (Vollzeit), Keine Wochenendarbeit!
