Für unseren Kunden in Ottendorf-Okrilla suchen wir dich als Einrichter (m/w/d) im Bereich Kunststofftechnik zur Direktvermittlung in eine Festanstellung.

Hier übernimmst du Verantwortung an der Produktionstechnik und sorgst dafür, dass die Maschinen laufen – zuverlässig, präzise und im Team.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Einrichten, Umrüsten und Anfahren von Spritzguss- bzw. Produktionsmaschinen
  • Überwachung der laufenden Fertigung
  • Behebung kleiner Störungen im Produktionsprozess
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Dokumentation von Produktions- und Prozessdaten
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Produktion oder Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
