  • Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen aus der Metallindustrie suchen wir schnellstmöglich einen Einrichter (m/w/d) für eine konventionelle Rundschleifmaschine am Standort Lemgo. Der Einsatz ist in 3-Schichten geplant und zunächst bis zum Jahresende im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung genehmigt. Der Startlohn beträgt 20,99€ und wird nach drei Monaten auf 23,05€ erhöht.

  • Einrichten von Rundschleifmaschinen
  • Vorbereiten des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Einsetzen und Einstellen der Werkzeuge
  • Maschinenbedienung
  • Prozessprüfung
  • eigenständige Anpassung bzw. Verbesserung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Qualitätsprüfung
  • Ihr Profil als Einrichter:
  • abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten von Maschinen
  • gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
  • eigenständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
