Schweißer MAG (m/w/d) – Ihre neue Perspektive bei KT Personal GmbH!

Für unsere Kundenunternehmen suchen wir engagierte und zuverlässigen Schweißerprorammierer (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (mit Perspektive auf Übernahme) .

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Einstellung und Bedienung von WIG-, MAG-, Widerstands- und Laserschweißanlagen, Roboteranlagen
  • Sie führen eigenständig Rüstvorgänge und Programm-Anpassungen durch
  • Sie kontrollieren Werkzeuge und Maschinen auf Mängel
  • Optimierung der Einstellparameter und Qualitätskontrolle und Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Facharbeiterabschluss in der Metallverarbeitung, Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Schweiß – Prozessen
  • Gültiger DVS-Schweißerpass
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gute technische Auffassungsgabe und Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse der Mechanik, Steuer- und Regeltechnik

Wir bieten:

  • Attraktiver Arbeitsvertrag: Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit der Sicherheit eines Tarifvertrags (GVP)
  • Stundenlohn ab: 18,36€ (brutto), je nach Erfahrung
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld: Zusätzliche finanzielle Leistungen
  • Urlaub: bis 30 Tage Jahresurlaub (abhängig von der Betriebszugehörigkeit)
  • Regelmäßige Lohnerhöhungen und eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhen
