### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Einrichten von Schweißanlagen und -Robotern zur Herstellung von Schweißbaugruppen und Bauteilen
  • Umbau und Wechsel der Schweißvorrichtungen für die verschiedenen Artikel und Fertigung der Erstteile
  • Erstteilefreigabe nach Vorrichtungswechsel und / oder Prozesseinstellung
  • Erprobung der Anlagen und Vorrichtungen bei Neuteilen
  • Wartungsarbeiten wie Störungssuche und Behebung
  • Wartungsarbeiten nach TPM-Vorgabe
  • Vorbereitung von Maschinen und Prozessen
  • Verbesserung von laufenden Maschinen und Prozessen
  • Qualitätserfassung der laufenden Produktion, Fehlererkennung und -behebung
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle von Prozessparametern und Prozessabläufen

### IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf, z. B. Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • Bereitschaft zum Dreischichtbetrieb
  • Erfahrung mit Robotern der Marke Kuka
  • Erfahrung im MAG - Schweißen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für Deutschland
