Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Einrichten von CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen und Montageanlagen
  • Werkzeugeinrichtung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werkzeugraum
  • Durchführen von Programm-Korrekturen/-Anpassungen
  • Unterstützung der Kollegen bei Störungsbeseitigungen und Einrichtvorgängen
  • Weisungsbefugnis gegenüber Maschinenbedienern und Vorgabe genauer Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Stellvertretung des Schichtleiters

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Exzellentes technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung im Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen
  • Kenntnisse in Programmkorrekturen und im Umgang mit Messprotokollen
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig Fehler und Störungen zu erkennen und zu beseitigen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
