Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Einrichter Spritzguss (m/w/d) am Standort Paderborn

Ihre Aufgaben:

Rüsten von Werkzeugen, Betriebsmitteln und Vorrichtungen
Überprüfung aller Funktionen für einen ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf
Anfahren von Prozessen
Optimierung der Parameter und Beseitigung von Störungen
Instandhaltungsaufgaben anzeigen und gegebenenfalls durchführen
Fehleranalyse und Erstellung von Werkzeugabweichungsberichten
Nach einer erfolgreichen Einarbeitung und bei entsprechendem Interesse bieten wir unter anderem die Perspektive, Personalverantwortung zu übernehmen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststoff- oder Kautschuk, Fachrichtung Spritzguss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im Kunststoff Spritzguss erforderlich
Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb
Teamorientierte und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise
