### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen einer Narbenpresse im Produktionsbetrieb
  • Anpassung und Feinabstimmung der Maschinenparameter zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Fertigungsprozesses
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln sowie Kontrolle der korrekten Werkzeugeinstellung
  • Anfahren der Presse bis zur Serienfreigabe inklusive Erstteilprüfung
  • Überwachung der laufenden Produktion hinsichtlich Qualität, Maßhaltigkeit und Taktzeiten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Pressprozess
  • Optimierung von Rüstzeiten und Prozessabläufen
  • Dokumentation von Einstellwerten, Prüfprotokollen und Produktionsdaten
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Rüsten und Einrichten von Pressen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
