Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir einen Einrichter Stanzerei (m/w/d) in Festanstellung für ein Unternehmen aus dem Bereich der Kunststoffverarbeitung in der Region.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen und Einrichten von Stanzanlagen u.a. Stufenpressen, Stanzautomaten (Presskraft 16-25 t)
  • Pflege, Überwachung, Prüfung und Wartungstätigkeiten an den Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Wechsel von Werkzeug- und Verschleißteilen
  • Bereitstellung von Material und Zuführteilen
  • Durchführung der Werkerselbstprüfung nach vorgegebenen Prüfprotokollen
  • Führen notwendiger Produktionsdokumente (Fertigungsaufträge, Schichtprotokolle usw.)
  • Arbeiten nach den Vorgaben des QM-Handbuchs/-Systems und UVV

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • einen Abschluss als Stanz- und Umformmechaniker, Fachkraft für Metalltechnik, Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Berufsabschluss in der Metallverarbeitung mit Bezug zum Bereich Stanzen
  • Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, sowohl eigenverantwortliche als auch teamorientierte Denk- u. Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturiertes und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
