Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung als:

Produktionsfachkraft / Einrichter Stanztechnik (m/w/d)

Arbeitszeit: Früh-, Spät-, Nachtschicht – 3-Schicht-Betrieb an 5 Tagen/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Setzen und Montage von Werkzeugen für Stanzmaschinen im progressiven und Transfer-Stanzverfahren
  • Selbständiges Einrichten und Inbetriebnahme der Maschinen / Werkzeuge
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung an den Maschinen / Werkzeuge
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Fertigungs- und Auftragsdaten in unserem internen Produktionssystem
  • Auftragsprüfung und Disposition sowie Mitwirkung bei Beschaffungs- und Bevorratungsvorgängen
  • Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsprojekten im Rahmen des KVP
  • Kontrollaufgaben der Qualitätssicherung

Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, vorhandene Praxiserfahrung gezielt einzubringen und sich perspektivisch in Richtung Schicht- oder Teamleitung weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene, mind. 3-jährige technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in einem Metallberuf, z. B. als Werkzeugmechaniker oder Industriemechaniker
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung oder Werkzeugmontage
  • technisches Verständnis und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
