### Aufgaben

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von Wickeleinziehautomaten und Pressen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien gemäß Arbeitsplänen (Statoren)
  • Qualitätsprüfung und Dokumentation von Fertigungsprozessen sowie Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen an Maschinen
  • Einfache elektrische Prüfungen mittels PC
  • Einziehen von Wicklungen, Einlegen von Phasentrennern und Wicklungsschutz
  • Montage, Verschaltung und Isolierung von Statoren und Sonderaufbauten
  • Formen, Pressen und Bandagieren von Statoren

### Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Mechatroniker\*, Industrieelektroniker (m/w/d)\* oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Alternativ: handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung (Anlerntätigkeit möglich)
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Maschinen und Anlagen wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit zum Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
