Für eines unserer namhaften Kundenunternehmen suchen wir ab sofort einen Einrichter Zinkdruckguss(m/w/d) in Vollzeit in Heilbad Heiligenstadt.

  • Ihe Aufgaben:
  • Maschineneinrichtung: Einrichten von Gießmaschinen und Gewindeformanlagen nach Produktionsplan.
  • Betriebsstoffkontrolle: Überprüfen von Verschleiß und Verbrauch der Betriebsstoffe.
  • Anlagenüberwachung: Kontrollieren der Produktionsabläufe und Beheben von Störungen.
  • Instandhaltung: Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Prüfen von Erstteilen, Erstellen von Referenzmustern und Freigeben der Produktion.
  • Sie bringen mit:
  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Gießereimechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Technisches Verständnis im Bereich der Einrichtung und Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen.
  • Schichtbereitschaft: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem.
