EinrichterIn Gussputzerei (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Teachen, Rüsten, Bedienerwartung, Beheben von kleineren Störungen sowie Produzieren an automatisierten Stanz-, Schleif- und Bandsägeanlagen mit ABB-Robotern, inklusive Aufträge an- und abmelden
- Einfahren und Optimieren neuer Teile auf den automatisierten Anlagen sowie Anpassen einfacher ISO-Programme anhand bestehender Vorlagen
- Rüsten von Handstanzanlagen inklusive Aufträge an- und abmelden
- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung an Handverputzstationen wie Bandschleifern und Trennschleifmaschinen
- Unterstützung der Schichtführer sowie Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
Ihr Profil:
- Handwerkliches Geschick sowie idealerweise eine mechanische Grundausbildung
- Technisches Verständnis und gutes Verständnis von Programmabläufen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Anlagen sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich ABB-Roboter sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Kenntnisse in der Betriebsdatenerfassung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur 2-Schichtarbeit zwingend notwendig
