Du freust dich auf folgende Aufgaben

  • nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung und Kennenlernen unseres Produktsortiments übernimmst du selbständig die kompetente Verkaufsberatung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Du achtest darauf, dass sich unsere Kund_innen beim Einkaufen rundum wohlfühlen und bietest bei Fragen Hilfestellungen zum gewünschten Produkt
  • Du sorgst für eine gepflegte und übersichtliche Warenpräsentation
  • mit Reklamationen und Beschwerden kannst du gut umgehen und reagierst darauf lösungsorientiert
  • zu deinen Aufgaben zählen auch allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten, wie z. B. das Kassieren, Disponieren, Einsortieren von Produkten und andere Lagerarbeiten

Das bringst du mit

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise in der Möbel- und/oder Matratzenbranche bzw. im beratungsintensiven Einzelhandel
  • Du bist zeitlich flexibel
  • Du bist selbstbewusst und kannst offen auf Menschen zugehen
  • Begeisterung für die Grüne Erde Produktpalette
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit
  • sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kund_innen
