für FGTS der Grundschule Saarbrücken Ost gesucht!

*Stellenumfang: bis zu 35 bis 39,5 Std./ Woche *

An der Freiwilligen Ganztagsschule (FGTS) der Grundschule Saarbrücken Ost können im Schuljahr 2026/27 bis zu 240 Kinder bis maximal 17 Uhr betreut werden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab dem 01.11.2026 eine neue Einrichtungsleitung.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Leitung eines erfahrenen pädagogischen Teams
  • Betreuung der Kinder
  • Anleitung zur Erledigung der Hausaufgaben
  • Freizeitpädagogische Angebote

Wir erwarten für diese Tätigkeit:

  • Abgeschlossene pädagogische Berufsausbildung (Erzieherin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Bereitschaft zur kooperativen Zusammenarbeit mit Schule und Eltern
  • Fähigkeit, wertschätzend auf die Bedürfnisse der Kinder einzugehen
  • Eigenverantwortliches selbständiges Arbeiten und Flexibilität
  • Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung
