  • Atmosphäre. Ihre Rolle: - Verantwortung für die Leitung der
  • Einrichtung und Schaffung eines einladenden Umfelds für alle
  • Beteiligten. - Entwicklung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Konzepte im
  • Team. - Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung der
  • Mitarbeitenden. - Gestaltung einer offenen und empathischen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Familien und dem Träger. - Souveräne Koordination
  • der täglichen Abläufe. - Repräsentation der Kita nach außen. Ihr
  • Profil: - Anerkannte Fachkraft in Kindertagesstätten in Hessen oder
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxis- und
  • Leitungserfahrung. - Wertschätzende Haltung und ausgeprägte
  • Führungskompetenzen. - Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke. -
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau. - Nachweis des
  • Masernschutzes erforderlich. Unser Angebot: - Tarifvertrag (TVöD),
  • Eingruppierung KS 6. - Gehalt: 52.457–74.164 EUR brutto/Jahr. - 30
